Are personal kayaks permitted ???
Good evening Linda,
Yes, personal kayaks are permitted. We operate these paddles as a meetup style event. We simply rent equipment to those that either don’t have transportation for their stuff or don’t have gear to begin with. We’ll also have a shuttle available to carry participants between the put in and take out when maneuvering vehicles around for $10.00 per person cash only, should you need one.
Will there be a public paddle in March?
Good evening Bob,
Yes, we have a paddle scheduled for Saturday, March 14th 2026. This trip will be around 10 miles and begin at Long Creek Landing in Colleton County and end at Martin’s Landing in Charleston County. The meet up location is Givhans Ferry State Park and the time is 9-9:30am. Thanks!
Do we need to sign up for 3/14/26 or just show up at Long Ck landing
No need to pre-register, we take care of all that on-site. Thanks!
